
Many people have their schedule altered through the changes caused by COVID pandemic.
eg. waking up later, eating at a different time or reduced number of meals
eg. the physical separation of work vs personal/home life is now gone
eg. routine schedule – exercise of going to the gym or playing sports or just being outside, is now not possible
A constantly changing schedule can throw off the body’s biological clock, and hence, its normal function.
Communicate with your body daily by having something consistent each day.
– having food at the same time of the day.
– If the body doesn’t like what you are doing, it’ll tell you! Through symptoms – eg. acid reflux, hunger
